I have a severe issue with the reset button on my windows 10. 64 bit. dell OptiPlex 7010. I have tried virtually everything. and every time I click the button. it doesn't go into what it has to. it's just like frozen. But when I click on the advanced start up... restart now button. no issues at all. except. it doesn't do what it's supposed to. unless I'm just reading it wrong.... Cortana wont hear me. even though my webcam works perfectly fine. I tested I. used the built in camera app on here. So that's proof it works. Plzzzzzz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
