Computer user for 20-30 years. Hopefully you can help me out of a jam.
Printer problem.
My HP #5660 will not print. The spooler sees the print job but it disappears after about .5 seconds and nothing prints. If I try to open a properties window I get: "Oxb3eO5549 caused a protection fault. (exception code OxeO6d7363). Some or all property pages may not be displayed." I can print HP diagnostic pages using HPs software over wireless.
