i m an 87 years young and an avid computer user but am COMPLETELY intimidated by the complexities of maintaining and protecting my computer system. i live on a fixed income and cant afford to keep buying the latest and greatest virus and malware protection and maintenance services. does anybody cater to SENIORS with AFFORDABLE security services and system maintenance? i currently am paying for GEEK SQUAD via my local Best Buy store, but the price and range and quality of service is not consistent! i get agents responding from all over the world, and one agent occasionally undoes a prior agent's "fix" to install his own "magic bullet" ; i get agents whose english is cryptographic and confusing; this has caused me to hang up and hope to get SOMEONE I CAN UNDERSTAND and a better result by starting over. i can go on, but i hope you understand my frustration.

i have to believe i m not alone as a frustrated senior computer user and represent an incredible market. what do YOU think?
