Freeware duplicate file eliminator?

My response:

Aside from Ashampoo WinOptimizer (which searches for duplicate files / weeds out garbage files / makes Windows run faster), I don't remember mentioning any freeware programs that have this capability in the newsletter.

I did, however, come across two freeware goodies (CloneSpy and DoubleKiller) via snapFiles.com, which seem to meet the criteria. From the snapFiles web site:
