This helpful piece of free software is a 'right-click shell extension' that will automatically create a new folder based on the name of a selected file, and will then move that file into that new folder. If you select multiple files at the same time, a box will pop up asking you for a new folder name for those files. The software will create that new folder and move all the selected files into it. Very nice!
