If you are anything like me, you are constantly checking your email. Sometimes it seems as if it is taking over my life! I receive hundred of emails daily and it seems as if I am checking it every five minutes or so!

Well I had to get that monkey off of my back! And now you can too! You can change the frequency with which you receive your email from your server.

Follow the steps below:

• Click on Tools | Options.  
   
• Click on the Mail Setup tab.  
   
• Click the Send/Receive button.
   
• From the Send/Receive group, set your times for All Accounts Online and Offline to whatever amount of time will get that monkey off of your back! I set mine for 45 minutes.  
   
• Click Close.  
   
• Click OK.
