Yes, you can move graphs from your MS Excel spreadsheets directly in MS PowerPoint. It is so easy!
Follow the steps below:
- Create your graph in MS Excel.
- Once you have done that, all you really have to do is select your entire graph.
- Click Edit | Copy.
- Now open PowerPoint and click Edit.
- Then Paste the graph into place.
The really cool thing about this is that all parts of the graph come with it. You can change the formatting on the legend and add text to the graph. You can also drag and resize the graph by utilizing the drag handles.
