I am sure that more than one of my readers has found themselves in this situation: You are in the Envelopes and Labels window in MS Word and you are trying to change the font, but alas and alack you are having no luck! Need Glasses for the Slide Sorter View in MS PowerPoint?

Subscribers to my newsletter have told me that they find themselves squinting when using the Slide Sorter view in PowerPoint. The slides can be kind-of tiny and if they all are similar it can be a real problem differentiating between them. Finding Items in MS Outlook's Reading Pane

Yesterday, I wanted to sort the 4,000 messages in my Deleted folder by the To field. Now, that field is, by default, not in the reading pane and so I added it, at least I thought I did, but it still didn't appear. Using the Arrange By option to sort ... by the To field didn't prove useful if I couldn't see the actual To items. The problem wasn't in Outlook. When Graphics Do Not Appear in MS Word

You're working in MS Word and you have created a beautifully laid out instruction manual, complete with graphics but there is one huge problem! Your graphics are not visible in your document! Sometimes you give a PowerPoint presentation that involves more than one PowerPoint file. Isn't it just a tad confusing having the slide number of all the different files restart at number one?
