'TeraCopy', and 'ZoomIt'
TeraCopy
TeraCopy is one of the best, free (for non-commercial use) programs you can use to copying a large list of files from one place to another. For example, you might want to copy 1TB of movie files from your PC onto a portable, external harddrive to take with you to a friend's house. Teracopy is especially great for such a task because it shows which files will be copied, along with a process indicator, and even allows you to pause the copy. These features are not available via the standard Windows file-copy function. If you want a reliable file-copier, teracopy is highly recommended!
ZoomIt
ZoomIt is screen zoom and annotation tool for technical presentations that include application demonstrations. ZoomIt runs unobtrusively in the tray and activates with customizable hotkeys to zoom in on an area of the screen, move around while zoomed, and draw on the zoomed image
