There may be times when you will want to change your default tray assignments in your printer.

When that occurs, follow the steps below:

• Click on File | Page Setup.  
   
• Click on the Paper Source tab.  
   
• Make your printer tray selections.  
   
• Click the Default button to change the Default tray assignments.

MS Word will now inform you that the change will affect all documents based on the Normal template.

If you make changes and do NOT click the Default button, the changes are temporary and will revert back to the defaults after the current print job is completed.
