Move Speedily through your MS Word 2007 Document Paragraphs

As you all know, I am all about less time and keystrokes and so I particularly like this tip.
You can move paragraphs in your MS Word document using just your keys. Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Place your cursor at the beginning of a paragraph.
- Hold down Alt + Shift.
- Now use the Arrow keys to move the text up or down.
You can use Alt + Ctrl to select and entire paragraph.
